Troops of the Army’s 2nd Mechanized Infantry Battalion seized an improvised explosive device at a roadside in Maguindanao yesterday afternoon (November 6).

The explosive device was found at around 1:30 pm in Barangay Poblacion, town of Ampatuan after a concerned civilian reported the presence of a suspicious unattended baggage placed inside a sack.
